We help you receive the services you need to enter, pay for and continue treatment.
You’ll have access to case management services during admissions and throughout treatment. Our case managers will assist in scheduling follow-up appointments, finding local support group meetings and developing a long-term recovery plan prior to discharge.
We accept most insurance plans and bill your insurance company directly on your behalf. We complete a utilization review process to safeguard you against unnecessary or inappropriate treatment.
We’ll refer legal resources to help you with existing legal issues. Our staff works closely with courts, probation officers and legal aids to ensure our clients comply with legal requirements.
We treat only patients ages 18 and older.
The length of treatment depends on your unique needs, treatment progress and insurance coverage. The duration is determined after an assessment, and we regularly communicate with insurance providers about treatment recommendations.
Cell phone use is not allowed during most levels of care at the facility. There is a 72-hour introduction period during which clients are prohibited from making phone calls. Afterward, phone access is allowed during non-clinical hours. During PHP and IOP levels of care, clients can access their cell phones during designated times.
You may smoke in designated areas, but you cannot smoke during therapy or wellness activities.
We have a variety of gender-specific therapy groups and groups that focus on relapse prevention.
We establish and coordinate a laundry schedule, and you’ll have access to on-site laundry facilities.
We may provide some levels of housekeeping during residential care, depending on your stage of recovery. During other phases of treatment, you’ll be encouraged to help with housekeeping and to maintain the cleanliness of your living area.
